The data will be transmitted exclusively to the individuals or entities necessary for the fulfilment of the booking contract or the processing of your enquiries. Outside of this scope, no further transfer of data will take place.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You may exercise your rights against the data controller at any time in accordance with Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Article 15 of the GDPR. For your convenience, we have reproduced these in full at the bottom of the page.

a) Minors (Art. 8 GDPR)
The controller's website and services are not directed at persons under the age of 16, and the controller does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. The processing of personal data of a minor is lawful if the minor is at least 16 years old. If the minor is younger than 16 years old, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility.
Should information regarding minors be collected by mistake, the data controller shall delete it without delay.

SmartPMS The website uses a booking system, which is required to check availability and enable an independent enquiry or calculation of the desired services. The booking system is used via the domain name chesasilva.bookpage.io. This domain is linked to the Google Analytics account of the website https://chesasilva.ch and uses the same cookies that the user has already consented to when navigating the website https://chesasilva.ch.

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003
Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if they have not yet been registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain the following information:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and modalities of the processing;
c) the applied logic in the case of processing by means of electronic instruments;
d) the identification data of the controller, the processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);
e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as processor or as persons in charge.
The data subject has the right to request the following:
a) the updating, rectification or, if there is a corresponding interest, supplementation of the data;

Art. 15 – Right of access by the data subject

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:

b) the categories of personal data being processed;

Chesa Silva reserves the right to modify or supplement this privacy policy at any time, in particular due to the entry into force of new relevant legislation. In this case, the changes shall take effect 15 days after their publication on the website.
