Breakfast
Breakfast arrives before you are even presentable.
From 1st December 2026, there are two ways to have breakfast. Both begin in the Salotto Engadina – one ends there, the other at your bedroom door.
Even before skiing on the Corvatsch or walking on the frozen lake, the day begins relaxed in our alpine parlour: with fresh bread, plaited butter bun, Graubünden cheese, cold meats, local yoghurt and traditional nut tart. Not just a service, but a true breakfast ritual.
Both from 1st December 2026. For all guests, upon prior reservation or with the „breakfast included“ rate.

You come down, sit down and help yourselves: fresh coffee, warm pastries and everything the valley has to offer. Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free? Just let us know.
TO THE DOORBreakfast at home
If you have a kitchen, you don't need to go downstairs. We leave the willow basket outside your door in the morning with local products, oven-fresh, a different surprise every day: warm croissants, nut tart, Graubünden cold cuts. You open it in your socks, nobody sees you.
