With a generous 45 m² of living space and a separate kitchen, our 1-bedroom apartments offer space for up to 4 guests in complete independence.
They consist of a flexible bedroom (double bed or two single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with a dining table, sofa and fold-away beds (bunk bed or double bed). The separate kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a mini-fridge, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine. A balcony, Wi-Fi, garage, laundry room and ski storage room round off the offer.
You have the choice between the apartments with lake views, whose large windows frame Lake Silvaplana and the Corvatsch – with turquoise-blue water in summer and a glistening sheet of ice in winter – or the village-side apartments, which look out towards the historic centre of Silvaplana.
Here you will experience the authentic charm of the village, with walking trails and cross-country ski tracks right on your doorstep.
Apartments with lake views

This cosy apartment combines comfort with independence and offers a wonderful view of Lake Silvaplana. The sleeping area includes a separate double bedroom, while the living room offers space for a dining area, a sitting area and two additional beds (either as bunk beds or a 140 cm wide double bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle and coffee machine. The private bathroom features a bathtub and complimentary toiletries.
Note: Some units offer a balcony with lake views. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay.
