Chesa Silva – Heart of Silvaplana
Chesa Silva has a fantastic location in the center of Silvaplana in the engadine valley, only 7 km from St. Moritz.
The immediate proximity to the Corvatsch ski slopes and to the Silvaplana lake, popular with kitesurfers and windsurfers, makes this residence ideal for winter and summer sports enthusiasts.
Cross-country skiers will find the always perfect Engadin slopes just a few minutes from Chesa Silva.
Chesa Silva consists of two units connected to each other by a central building.
The large garage can be accessed directly from both units, furthermore a ski room and a laundry room are available to guests.

The attic of about 100 square meters for max 5 perople, has a large living room with living and dining area. Fireplace, access to the balcony and wonderful views of the lakes and the Corvatsch. Large kitchen. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and the last with a single bed. Two bathrooms. Parking space in the garage, communal laundry and ski storage.
Apartments
One-room apartments for max 4 people composed by a bedroom with two single beds or a doublebed and a living room with sofa, table with and a foldaway double bed or doublebed. Private bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub. Kitchen with two burners, mini fridge, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Parking space in the garage, communal laundry and ski storage.
Rooms
Double or Triple rooms with queen size bed and (triple rooms) an extra single bed.
All have a private bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub. In the room there is a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Built in 1974 by the Ponisio family using fine local wood, it has retained has retained its original charm untill today and it enchants its guests with a fantastic overview of Lake Silvaplana and the surrounding mountains.
The resort is still family-run and has hosted many well-known personalities, including the Italian national ski team.
